Scope of engagement
AaurcRed provides digital services including AI automation, AI agent development, web development, graphics design, and marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. AaurcRed retains the right to use project work in portfolio or case study materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery or at agreed milestones. Late payments may result in paused work until the outstanding balance is settled.
Revisions and changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Requests outside this scope will be quoted and billed separately.
Limitation of liability
AaurcRed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration in India.
